Founder and owner Dave Geier has been in the insurance industry for over 45 years. Beginning his insurance career as a Home Office Underwriter for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company in Hamilton, Ohio, he moved into field underwriting, Sales,  and Marketing for both Ohio Casualty and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.  Dave eventually became the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Explorer Insurance Company, and has been involved in virtually every aspect of the insurance business.  With an already outstanding reputation in the corporate world, Dave started his own Independent Agency in 2003.
